What's the difference between tint, henna and hybrid dye?
Tint primarily enhances the brow hairs themselves, adding soft color and definition.
Henna provides hair color with a stronger temporary stain on the skin beneath the brow.
Hybrid dye provides hair color and a temporary skin stain that can create a more defined, filled-in appearance.
Kathy helps you choose based on how much definition you want and how your skin holds color.
What is brow lamination?
Brow lamination restructures and directs the brow hairs to create a fuller, lifted and styled appearance.
It is often paired with shaping, and can be combined with tint or hybrid dye for added color.
Which brow service should I choose?
If you aren't sure, message Kathy before booking. She can help you choose based on your natural brows and the finish you want.
How long will my brows last?
Results vary according to the treatment, skin type, hair growth, skincare products and aftercare.
Kathy will share what to expect for your specific service when you write.
Should I grow my brows before my appointment?
When possible, yes. More natural growth gives more flexibility when creating the shape.
Can I book through the website?
Appointments are currently arranged directly with Kathy through Instagram.

Do you travel to me?
Yes. Kathy Glow Studio is an on-site brow service based in Bed-Stuy, serving surrounding Brooklyn — including Crown Heights, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, and Bushwick — by appointment.

Any travel fee depends on your location and is confirmed when you book. Message Kathy with your neighborhood when you reach out.
